Life: Its Purpose

The purpose of our life is God-oriented. He, in the whole communion with the Trinity, has created us to love him, serve him and praise him. And if this purpose is met, he won’t have anything incriminating against us.

Inferno

Jesus has created every other thing for a purpose. Imagine if we surmise that the chair at our home is broken. Immediately, we keep it in a corner until it is taken as trash and it reaches the landfill to be burnt.

This is because we had bought this piece of furniture to sit on it and be at rest. As this purpose is not met, we have to decide on taking an action to incinerate it.

God is the same. He has a purpose for everything and if things are not useful to him, he burns them in hell.

He is the Lord of our life.
