Wisdom of Yore

God speaks in many ways to his faithful. Knowing these ways can be fulfilling to every one involved. It is truly a blessing.

Here are listed some of his ways:

Voice A clear voice was heard by all Saints most of the time. St Joan of Arc was one of them.

Conflict in mind The very thing you want to do, if it is against his will, there comes a strong conflict in your mind. This is as if what he wants seems right and this conflict upholds it. After doing this right thing, this conflict subsides.

Urge There seems to be a strong urge to do something. This seems supernatural and helps a person to be away from dangers or so.

Burden He puts a burden on you. And this may be for the souls or other things.

Acute fatigue This was found in his Saints, wherein while doing something against his will, there is a great tiredness. Saints like St Francisco and St Jacinta Marto, among others, experienced it too.

Pleasant feeling When done the right thing, a pleasant feeling is experienced in mind. This means God is pleased. St Faustina felt it and other Saints did too.

As God is a spirit, he converses in these ways. His mind is always to keep his children secure and be helpful to them. He constantly guides them and keeps in his wings [Psalms 91:4].
