Wisdom of Yore

Jesus is the light of the whole world(John 8:12). No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket(Matthew 5:15). But, instead they place it on a high place so that everyone can see.

This is the same with Jesus. His name has to be preached to everyone and be glorified. This was His mission(John 12:32) and there are many souls around that thirst for Him to give a purpose, meaning, fulfilment to their life.

How can this be done unless people are talked to about the Good News(Romans 10:14,15). The sole purpose of giving life to humanity is defeated unless the light from Him reaches all the ends of the Earth.
