Faith

Without faith, it is impossible to please God. For everyone who prays to God must believe that He exists and rewards those who seek Him(Hebrews 11:6). We walk by faith and not by sight(2Cor 5:7).

This was true with Father Abraham. He left everything he owned and moved to a far away land by just believing God’s voice in a dream.

St Francis Xavier too obeyed God and set on a journey to far off Japan. This country was inaccessible to foreigners and alien to Christians. But this did not bother him. After multiple attempts, he got an audience with the ruler of a province there. He was to look presentable too for this to happen.

Both these men obeyed and new horizons were opened for all generations. A great example to imitate.
