Good Friendship

Friendship

Friendship is a very beautiful relationship. Friends stick close to each other. A close friend is better than a brother (Proverbs 18:24). A person lays down his life for his friend(John 15:13). Jesus called us friends as we know his plans and He shares everything with us(John 15:15).

St Maximilian Kolbe offered as a replacement to another prisoner to be executed in a concentration camp. This act of ultimate kindness left a great impression on the prisoner whose life was saved by this Saint.

Everyone is called to show heroic virtues and build the Church with their sacrifice. Sacrificial love is the need of the hour.
