Wisdom of Yore

Some people excuse themselves when asked about their prayer time daily. They say that they have no time for prayer. But, by saying this, do they mean to say that only jobless ones pray or engage in Godly activities?

Everybody should pray. God can’t work in our lives unless we pray. We deny him the power to work in our lives. He may have concern for us as he is a good father. But, this fact makes him powerless(2 Tim 3:5).

He should dwell in the midst of us in our praises. During Jesus’ time, Psalms were sung constantly. There is nothing more beautiful than dwelling in God’s presence thus(Psalms 84:10).
