No one who is scared or hesitant to work for the Lord is worthy of being his disciple (Luke 9:62). He did not give us a spirit of fear, but of love, power and of a sound mind (2Tim 1:7). He is a powerful God and guards his faithful (2 Chronicles 16:9).
If anyone touches his faithful, he does it to the apple of his eye (Zechariah 2:8). God zealously guarded his Saints and brought them to be in his plan for their life.
Though St Augustine of Hippo was wandering in his life tasting all things pagan, he confirms that God led him to be saved and very much in his plan; he was constantly protecting him. This was in response to his mother St Monica’s prayers.
He is a proud father and answers every prayer that is offered by his children.
