No one who thinks of seeking the kingdom of God and then sets his worries on life or its problems or responsibilities, is fit for the same (Lk 9:62). The kingdom of God is such and only who walk on the narrow path enter it (Mt 7:14).
Many Saints gave themselves completely for the kingdom of God. St Clare of Assisi was deeply touched by the life of St Francis of Assisi. Though she was born in a rich noble family, she gave up the life and all her jewels to live for God only.
She accepted the vow of poverty as St Francis cut her hair coarsely and wore a brown habit; She became the foundress of ‘Poor Clares’.
No one needs to harden their heart when called by God for something (Hebrews 3:15).
