The wisdom of Jesus was unparalleled. His adversaries, mostly chief priests and pharisees, tried to outsmart him many times. But instead of succeeding in this sinister and uphill task, they ended up knowing his sheer intelligence [Matthew 22:15-46].

There was a charisma in him and great authority in his teaching. The crowds marvelled in it too [Matthew 7:29].
He would even have outwitted the wisest man, King Solomon, whom the Queen of Sheba admired [Matthew 12:42].
